Shipping policy

Flawls strives to provide our customers with the highest level of service. We understand that receiving your items quickly is important, so we make every effort to process your order promptly. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. United states and Canada shipping times are 6-13 days. For the rest of the world shipping time are 6-15 days. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

Tracking orders:
When your items are dispatched you will receive tracking number. To track you order, visit our tracking page.

Unexpected delays:
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than standard shipping times stated. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that is out of our control. Please contact us if you package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve any situation.

Failed Deliveries:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any additional fees incurred. If the customer wishes to have the package reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
